ok guys this may sound stupid, but now that I have my quad running, I've been riding it an have of course found some things that need adjusted here and there.
So one of my many little to do items is to quiet the qaud a bit, I'm really not into loud pipes and mine is quite loud.
I have the factory muffler installed, but the previous owner obviously did something to modify it because the exhaust end of the muffler has obviously had something stabbed into it and it looks as if it ay have been pried from side to side as well.
So is there anything that I can do aside from buying a new muffler to get mine closer to stock?

Alright, I got the pipe on there and it fits up pretty dang nice! I cut the head pipe off the stock muffler and welded it to the back of the supertrapp (yes I know I suck at welding) and bolted it on. Now I just need to get fuel figured out which will be a little tough since I have it at work and can't really take it out. It doesn't sound much different than my stock pipe. Anyways, here's some pics. Oh and it shaved a pound off the stock system.

well that's the interesting thing I'm not too sure of. Since the pipe didn't come with the head pipe there wasn't any pipe in the back of the supertrapp. It has the large opening with a plate thats all drilled out. So what I did was I just left the drilled part of the stock header pipe on. I had to shorten it though. I'll have more pictures of the construction tonight, my camera died on me and I don't have the cord here at work.

Alright, here's some pics of the costruction
here's the backside of the supertrapp:

this is what I left of the stock head pipe, i had to cut the end off though.

And here's the welded couple

So I'm excited to ride it and see what else needs to be done to get it running like a champ. But I am quite pleased with the fit.

Wow, mines different. We both have 86's???

The exhaust having to find its way thru those little holes looks like it would be pretty restrictive! I'd knock out the end and make it open.

Hey Guys,
Anybody have a spare lower rh a-arm for a LT250S laying around? Bought all 4 off ebay but only got 3. Seller couldn't find the lower right. How do you lose an a-arm?
Thanks

Strange. Now who will you find to only sell you ONE? I can't imagine how he'd lose one a-arm.
All I have are the 230 ones. Did you try to fit one of the 3 arms you have on the 230 frame yet? I'm curious how you'll get them mounted.
