Need the LT250S arms. Don't know about the 250R.

I don't know if 250R arms will fit as easily as 250S arms. You can make anything work if you are a decent fabricator. But I don't even know how much longer 250R arms are. 250S arms are plug n play basically.

I have no idea where to get nerf bars.

Alright guys, here she is with the first major rounds of mods complete, let me know what you think!!

And the best thing of all is that it runs as good as it looks!! Couldn't be happier with the Supertrapp pipe, I'll be tinkering/ tuning with it when its a little warmer than 20 degrees!</end quote></div>

That does look pretty good. I like the blue with red accents. Not sure about the gold rims though.

That's great that the exhaust worked out so well. I'm also waiting for it to get warmer before I do much to mine. 60 degrees is just too cold.

lat time I checked, DG listed the steel Nerfs. They did not offer them in Aluminum and did not think the 230 needed any extra weight so I passed on them. I am sure an aluminum set from a 250 could be made to work, but i did not want to chance it and wast money. Who knows, maybe the stell does not weigh that much more than the aluminum?

That looks great ATVman. The blue makes it look more modern. Nice job

thanks guys and randy, I have to disagree about the gold rims, they're honestly probably my favorite part!

you can get nerf bars at dennis kirk for 135.99. They're pretty sweet. Sure they add a little weight but they also add a LOT of style and some function. The only downside was the bolts that came with my kit were about 50mm too short!! Home Depot carried the right size though. Here's the link:

Oh and Dennis Kirk is a terrific company, I've bought tons of stuff from them with noting but success.
