Quote: wow this 230 thread is enormous!

Has anyone ever ran into a problem where they changed the rear brakes and it seems as if the pads are too thick and are clinging to the rotor?

They barely fit in the assembly, but now I can barely push the sucker, is there anywhere for an adjustment?

I had the same problem when I changed my rear pads. I pushed like a mother for hours, and even bent a part on my caliper (which I then had to file down) and still couldn't get them on. My old pads weren't all the way gone, so I just left one old one in, and then put one new one in. Worked fine IMO.

Did you get the Tusk brake pads by chance?

Also, lootin lenny and bashr, I'll try to get your vids on the website if you don't mind.

lootin lenny, any chance you could post that on YouTube instead?? YouTube seems to upload videos extremely fast and I don't know how to get your video on the site from TinyPic.

And bashr, what was your pipe called again?

Hmm my choke was just a **** on the side ogf the carb.

I think there is two on the carb right? One is the pull out for winter, push in for summer kinda deal, and then there is the main one used for starting with the lever right?

Anyone know if a quad sport LT230S exhaust will fit a quadrunner LT230E?
