i would think that an o ring chain would stretch and shrink better. for cases where you have a person riding with you or you let others ride you quad. i had mine adjusted where i like it then let someone bigger than me ride it, then on my next ride it came off.

well guys figured id entertain you guys somewhat, got it stuck to the handle bars busted a 3500lb wench, and parted a roped doezens of times 3 and a half hours later got it out. after alot of blood sweat and cursing

they are on my bayou 220 cause i dont have my 230 anymore. but yep no problems at all and they have been on there for a month or more not once a dead battery or anything

Did your 230 have a battery? I wouldn't think you could run those monsters on the stator alone.

no it did not but they seemed to work fine the other ones. but i never had the hid's on the 230
