Worth every penny but I didn't spring for the aftermarket ones cause I found these for only $45 shipped and they are like new rear shock should be here tomorrow and thanks for the suggestion trailrider! My plans for now are to iron out the little stuff before I make it look pretty lol.

thats definitely a good idea to fix performance issues before you go off the deep end and tear all the bolts out and starting sanding boxes of parts lol. i think i may have lost my mind a while back. i saw trailriders bike and malhombres and went insane. "what if mine looked this good?" and that was that. ive been bowing money a LOT faster than i can make it. this panicked rush to get ready for inventory at work has my schedule jammed full of hours over the weekend so that should keep the irs from taking away the house keys lol

Has anyone ever straightened a 230s frame. If so how did you do it and how did it turn out? Im not really looking to get a new frame or anything i just want to tweak it a little so my handle bars point straight when i ride. Here is a pic from atvman29 jutsrandy's frame than i found on the lt230s vault site. It looks like he has done it, I just wanted to know if anyone has done it or has any other ideas.

My frame looks like it was hit in the right front frame (arrow in picture) and there appears to be a slight inward bent in the frame (circled section). I tried pulling it like in the picture but my tow strap broke (I'll have to find a good chain). I'm thinking of just bending the frame in on the other side to match and just reinforcing that section of the frame? any sugestions? welcome to the redneck school of frame repair. lol

i got a spare rear shock. perfect working order with a shock cover on it. i will post a pic of it later. First $80 takes it. a perfect working rear shock on ebay runs about $100-$125.
