Love a girl with tools!

Seriously, make sure they put a new needle and needle-jet in your carb. They wear due to vibration and let more gas in than is supposed to be.

Default rear caliper issues

This is as far as I can get the piston back into the caliper. The new brake pads are to thick to fit in the caliper

It looks like the piston is in backwards? It should look like a cup with the open end touching the brake pads.

take the 2 allen bolts out that hold the e-brake on the caliper and remove the entire e-brake then try compressing the piston

Hi, I have been rebuilding a 1987 suzuki lt 230s over the winter and I am putting a 28mm carb, stage1 cam, uni airfilter, and 10.25:1 wiseco piston on it. How much horsepower should I have? How fast should it go?

Hey, i was reading on some site and I heard that it's possible to fit aftermarket exhaust systems from other quads onto the LT230, like an exhaust from a 250x, or similarly sized bike. Is this true? Will the head pipe fit too? Or is this just for the muffler?

If you can weld you can fit anything that you want... Not the headpipe, just the rear muffler half... However I made a stainless steel headpipe at work on a mandrel bender, if theres enough intrest from people i'll start making them and selling them
