Im probly going to get a DG RCM exhaust and i got to decide weather aluminum alloy or steel then i need to know if i should get the slip-on or full system.

 

i would go with the alumnium is wont rot like the steel. and the DG is a full exhaust. the header pipe is bigger than stock.

 

thanks trailrider i was thinking the alumnium but i wasent sure and will i have to rejet?

You're gonna love the little bit of power that pipe is gonna make so long as you don't mind how loud it is! as for installing it on my 230 I had to make a few modifications but nothing a cutoff wheel couldn't fix.

 

As far as rejetting the carb mine runs fine with the stock jets. I rebuilt my carb at the same time I put the pipe on so I had to retune the carb anyways.

 

Thanks for the quick reply. Since i dont have it yet and i dont know anyone else that even has this bike do you know what DBs the RCM puts out. I know that stock is about 101 DBs. Because where i ride quiet is key if it goes past 150 at 5in I wont get it. Coppers arnt fun.

 

I have no idea all I can tell you is that my bike is much louder than stock which is ok because 95% of my riding is done on private land.

 

I guess i gotta see when i get it. lol

 

this looks like a wire connector...but i looked at diagrams on bike bandit and i dont see to much that looks like it...i also dont know what it goes to
