Hi there, I have my 87´ Zilla in pieces in my garage, replacing all the old bearings throughout the chassis and engine. What are the best options to freshen up the frame, A-arms, axle, engine, pipe, wheels and swing arm, besides chroming?? This bike has never ever been apart until now, and these parts look really really worn out. My best guess is powdercoating for the frame, but what can be done for the rest of it?

 

you can powder coat everything but the engine and pipe. for the engine use a high temp paint. and for the pipe you can do the high temp paint or you can do a ceramic coating which will keep the pipe a little cooler.
