Anyone have a sled type ATV/Snowmobile trailer?
I'm looking to build one and would like to get some pics of the axle setup. Especially if you have the torflex axle (no leaf springs). These are the trailers that have the short fat tires under a flat deck. Of course you know that if you have one.
Please reply and I'll get back so you can email me some. I'm looking to build another because my 5x12 will only hold 1 atv. Going with the wide 12' so I can load up 3 atvs at once. Maybe a tandom so I can also carry my tractor.
Thanks,
Rob

I was going to build one this winter, but I found a trailer that was just what I had in mind. It is an 8' X 16' flatbed tandem torsion axle trailer. I installed E-track on the bed to tie down around the tires, rather than tie down the suspension. If you get me your email address, I can send you some pics. I can haul 4 quads on this one.

Thanks, email is rob_n_houston@yahoo.com
Mainly looking for pics under the frame, axle mounting bracket (how high from center of axle), the 2 main beam sizes(ususlly the 2 going front to back. Tire size, deck dimentions and such. Thinking if I'm gong to build anotherone I might as well make it a tandom so it'll carry the tractor if I need to. But I'll probably still put some sides on it (one side permenant anyway). It'll load from the side or from the rear.
Thanks for the help,
Rob
