I just bought a new 05 Z400 everytime I go riding I have a trouble starting it up it has a hard time turning over. Also I bought a new spark plug for it. So i was wondering if you can help out .

Check the battery connections. Often times, a loose negative terminal can slow the starter. If that doesn't help, take it back to the dealer... Surely it's still under warranty (I think they all have a 6 month warranty, even if you don't buy the extended one...)

 

First off as other's said the battery, Check the connections to insure they are tight. Second recharge the battery, Suzuki is one of the only company's that when you buy A new bike the battery is not charged. And your dealer may have only charged it enough to get it going. If that don't work take it back to the dealer before you void the warrenty.
