cover for heim joints

I have heard thatn heim joints will wear out way faster than ball joints.But i also read somewhere that you can buy covers for heim joints to keep dirt and mud off.Does anyone know where i can buy these?

Ill search around,i know i read about something somewhere,it doesnt protect like a boot on a ball joint but much better than nothing

a friend of mine races a yfz with heims and saw that he made the covers out of shock covers, i say thats a good idea

I've seen a pair on a Cannodale before...it looked like a piece of bike innertube that was zip tied on the ends and stitched in between with fishing line
