I have had zero issues with my belt drive but then again I'm not driving it like a submarine. I considered the manual but choose the Auto. I have a friend with a manual Eiger and he says his next bike will be an auto after watching me go through deep snow and bog... oh yeah did I mention the 30 foot high rooster tails in the mud you can't shift a manual fast enough to spin mud like that lol...or I haven't seen anyone who could.
