Cleaned out the carb again had a clogged jet runs fine now. Anyone need a new 06 z400 carb? Never used.

 

I found that after I had my motor rebuilt (athena kit) I have to run the petcock on PRI now... Runs like crap if I don't...

 

How much for the carb? Is it bigger than the 03's carb?

I always run my petcock on PRI. What the hell is the difference between the ON position and PRI? My bike runs fine on either one.

 

yes 1MM bigger. Make an offer. I don't need it. PRI means that the gas is always "flowing" if you turn it to the others it stops the gas from flowing. Take the fuel line off your carb and turn it to PRI. gas will flow out till it emptys the tank. While the gas is flowing turn it to any of the other positions and the gas will stop flowing. Basicly it is an "OFF" switch untill the suction from the piston pulls it through the carb.

 

Is there a big difference in power if i would go from a stock carb to that one?
