It will do better than 53, should be more like high 60's, maybe even sneak in above 70 with a fresh motor.

Really??? All I have seen is arguments about how slow they are. i know it isn't an 80 mph ride but I thought it would be faster than 53. I hope you are right!

Definately faster than 53. They compare up pretty well with the 400 class of 4 strokes for top speed.
