Default BEWARE OF DENNIS KIRK

Hey, I am not lying or keeping any of the story left out. I have already lost money out of this deal. I have nothing to hide, nor gain. I am simply saying beware of Dennis Kirk. I had good luck like many other people out there with them until now. Just trying to give a heads up to all you riders out there, thats all.

Okay, here's my take on the situation:

Denis Kirk is wrong because:

1) They sent the wrong bars. Mistakes happen.
2) They used his account without his approval. Definately wrong. I would be p*ssed.

Pumpkin is "at fault" because:

1) It took a year to return the part. No matter what the situation is, it took a year. Period.
2) The bars were damaged/scratched upon return.
3) I don't think pumpkin fully understood DK's return policy.

Both sides are at fault some how some way. Don't get mad at me...that's my take on the situation.

You would think this whole deal could have been taken care of with a simple phone call to a customer service supervisor or manager. Not the goon on the phone - a supervisor or manager.

Something sounds screwy somewhere. From the sound of DKs return policy this should not have been a big deal and the whole unauthorized charges thing sounds like something they certainly shouldn't have done.

As the bossman said: “What we've got here is failure to communicate.”
