What do u mean by the fuel valve in the prime position? Do you mean the choke?

 

i would check the gas 4 water in it and also i think its rinning to rich or even ur idle may be up to high

 

the fuel petcock has 3 settings on and one of them is pri thats what he means it is for when it is hard to start you usually use it on pri

 

Oh, ok. I don't have a suzuki and never heard of that. Only ever knew of on, off and reserve.

 

Like madmad said I had the same problem with my 04 and my dumass left it on the prime position. havent had a problem since

Well, unfortunately, I have not been back to where I keep my quad (it's about 1.5 hours away from where I live). I'm trying to get over there soonish, but, thx to work, it's not gonna be in the next couple of weeks...

I intend to post back w/ my findings (and hopefully, no more questions, since I'm sure one or more of the suggestions above will take care of my issue).

Hello , i think i have a problem with the engine coil, i have viewed a lot of pages but i haven't found exact answer or advice to check somehow . Could it be engine coil ware. The sparks of spark plugs is yellow and seems weak. The engine doesn't ignite at all. What could it be ? Some advice
