I'm going to get a bigger carb for my nephew to put on his suzuki ozark. he has an exhaust. I see that it has a 29mm on it so would a 32 be good or should I go bigger?

I don't think they have larger carbs for the ozark, atleast when I had one they didn't. Has he rejetted after putting on the exhaust. If you go too large, if you find a carb that fits, then you will be dumping alot of fuel into the combustion chamber so I wouldn't go too big, a 32 sounds about the most I would go with a stock setup. You can also port the intake to add some ponies to it.

Welcome to the ATV Connection forums.
34mm but I don't think you'll see the gain you may think it'll have.
I agree with the last post. get a carb, then a cam, then intake and head porting,,blah, blah,,,
The Ozark is a mighty fine machine. I donno why anyone would want to mess around with all that considering when done it won't go that much faster.
Get him a steering dampener (Denton). That's something that will help him every ride.

I put a 32mm carb off of a honda 350 rancher on mine after I ported the head, cam, header, exhaust, wiseco piston. Could I tell a difference? barely if any. Was it worth it? Since the carb was free i guess it wasn't a loss, but i wouldn't worry with it. Porting the intake won't do squat. zero. I did each thing to mine one at a time. it wasn't worth me taking the intake off.
