Default Adjusting suspension

It all depends on your riding style and weight and skills ....

The best thing to do is set everything in the middle and ride ......... Hit the trails you normally do and feel everything out. Hit something that you think might bottom the suspension or ride slow over some chop......

Once you get a feeling for what you need just experiment with turning up/down the compression and the rebound (where adjustable) and ride some more..... Trial and error is the only real way to set up suspension because no two riders will benefit exactly the same from a given setting.
