Default good suspension for a z

alright i have an 06 z400. the stock suspension is good but not good enough. the only racing i do is against some friends but not ina circuit or anything. but i like to jump. out of the aftermarket suspension systems out there which is the best way to go? im thinking about getting some laeger long travel arms with some elkas up front. is this a good combination for jumping? and what is a good setup for the rear. any help would be appreciated.

I like Lonestar arms with PEP shocks all around.
A LSR axel too.

roll design a-arms and elka shocks with rezzies seems to be a good set up, and put a elka in the back with a dura blue axle

it would be a great combo for what you want to do. elka sets the shock up for the type of quad, length of a-arms/swingarm, riders weight and how your planning to use them and where. but they are expensive

They all are set up for the dimentions/weights/etc....
And that's where the problem w/elka's come in. They don't seem to get em right. After being sent back a cpl times they finally get it.

i did some more research and found that tcs offers a conversion option for you to send in your stock shocks and they rebuild them for you using their high flow body. the price is $500 for the front pair and either $325 or $450 for the rear depending on how you want it set up. is this better then paying extra money for new shocks? the downfall to this idea is that i will not get as much travel, but the suspension will be set up better so i am less likely to bottom out. and if this is a good idea, would the elka linkage fit the tcs shock in the rear and is the linkage worth the money?
