OK so I am thinking of getting either a dobeck or a dyno jet power commander becouse I am a big guy and my friends 800 sportsman is betting me so I need to get a little power to make sure I kick his *** . Any problems with either one? Do they have same features? Know anyplace to get a discount on them?

 

Both are OK. But you are not really going to gain much unless you do some other mods. Like open up the airbox. The mixture is lean from the factory so it will help some though. Just not very noticable unless you do more than adding a fuel box.

The PC is more finely adjustable than the Dobeck. The PC can be programmed in small increments on a computer, the Dobeck by turning some adjusting screws.

 

I have allready put a Twin Air airfilter on it and I want to get a pipe for it but still looking around and getting info on the pipe. I have heard there is some mods I can do to the stock pipe to improve it . Or maybe a pipe and ecu package.
