Hello to all,

I was trying to buy a yamaha raptor atv from this company GoldAtvShop from Ireland, Europe. I have sent the money to a bank account from square trade program ( the company that they work with ). i saw after 2 weeks that they will not respond anymore to my email's. Now i have no money and no atv. this is a fraud or not? on the payment page they tell that work with www.SquareTrade.com .

Someone can help me?

You better stop payment as fast as you can cause you've been had. That site gold atv shop has been talked about in the forum before. It's a scam plain and simple. If you sent the money directly to Square Trade you may be in luck, If you paid them directly. You got screwed. Sorry to be blunt but thats the way it is.

Were they supposed to ship it to your home?? Ive never bought anything online from overseas before but ive heard that passing through U.S. customs can sometimes take a while. Sorry , but this is probably not nuch help. I hope you get your atv. Maybe someone on her will have more knowledge on this sort of thing?
