I have a 1993 Lt-230 E that just wont turn over, it is an electric start and pull start, neither works, the pull start turns over fine telling me that its not the crank shaft, im either thinking it might need a new top end or its not getting enough fuel somewhere, the quad has good spark and good carb pressure so i know its not the carberator or the plugs, can anyone tell me what they think may be the problem or if there is some other problem other than the top end or fuel problem?

 

It won't turn over or it won't start? If it just won't start check the compression, as you said it's getting spark and you may want take off the carb and clean it just in case and if that is good check the petcock to see if is pluged or a vent line is plugged.
