26" tires on Eiger = clutch issue for auto?
I would think it's a combination of the size and weight. Probably less noticeable if you went with the 25", but it's only about $80 for the kit so I would do it even if I was running stock tires for the extra grunt.
I bought it direct from EPI (Erlandson Performance). There's a good post or two about building your own spring compression tool on here, though I used a neighbors press to do it.

my 06 5 spd has 26 mud lite xtr with type 7 rims all stock tires way a total of 99 lbs i weighed them the mud lites weigh 144 lbs lost accel and the ability to do a burn out in thick clay mud wich i will go away once i get jet kit and k and n filter.. so ive heard but that is my 2 cents
