The front bumper added length? Was it a different year?

all years bumpers are the same. so any year eiger bumper will fit. if you look at the accessories pic at the suzuki web site, you'll see the it it extends out a little and adds to the overall length. it definately doesn't fit in the back of the truck anymore, it just barely did without the bumper.

Actually all years are not the same. The '02, '03 and '04 are the same, they wrap around the headlights. The '05 and up sit below the headlights.

i think you are getting the bumpers confused. the stock thing, i don't know what it is called, is the black tubeing. there is a suzuki accessory that you buy seperately and add on, the they call it a bumper. it is silver and the tubeing is a heavier duty. check out the suzuki web site.

Yeah, the black tube is the stock buper. The one you're talking about is an accessory bumper. Gotcha. Too bad you'd have to remove it though, they look good on the bike.

I finally gave up and purchased an OEM Suzuki bumper on-line. The local dealership wanted over $300 with tax. I bought it on-line for $215 + $20 shipping and didn't have to pay tax. I'd rather keep the money local and support the local shop, but that was a pretty big markup.

What website did you get this from?? You are referring to the tubular steel portion of the front bumper correct?? Not the add on portion. Idiot friend of mine ripped mine off by hooking up to it trying to pull me out of the mud while back.

I bought it thru www.mrcycles.com. That was the cheapest I found on-line. When you are looking for it on there, you need to look on the schematic under footrest. Strange place to put the bumper parts, but that's where it's at.

Good luck.
