ozark problem

Default ozark problem

i recently put grizzly tires and rims on my ozark and spacers. i took the tire off today bc the back brakes were not working when i pulled the drum off water and mud fell out of it does any one no what mite b causing this. and also on the side where the brake is i had to take the hub off to put the spacer and wheel on and tighten it up and then put it back on bc there wasnt and room to get my wrench between the hub and drum so wen i put it all back on and tightend the shaft nut down i could not put the cotter pin in bc the nut is in a tiny spot in the center of that sacer and 2inches back any solutions to this problem
