Its a 1990 and runs fine in neutral except for the high idle. It is either high or off. If you hit the throttle it will rev up and stay there for awhile( throttle is not sticking). Anyways the main problem is that when you put it in gear it revs up good to mid range and then bogs. All elect. components were checked and are good. Plug is a standard ngk. Gas is good and the carb has been through 6 times. Compression is at 120. No rear brakes so they aren't dragging. HELP GOD O HELP ME

 

sounds like ur lackin fueal at some times them making up for it when its not needed....check on the throttle needle that screws on the top of carb..

 

tried it but it does not change the mixture that much.
