sure looks like you have. About the only things I don't see is the mill, porting, and one of the important ones jetting I'm running 80 main w/17.5 pilot wish I would have went into the 20's w/ the pilot milled the head 0.15 and blended the runner to the valve pocket {wait till you see that mess } Eagerjeeper went 0.20 with his and said he had no problems. I'm sure you removed the speed ring when you put the roller kit in, seeing that MPH. I'm now playing around w/ the driven clutch got the shoes at 200 grams gives a little better holeshot

Thanks for the info. I have jetted it also. It would not run with the stock jets. It sounds alot better with the exhuast. It is a 3/4" pipe from the head to muffler instead of the tiny 1/2" from the factory.

Where are the shoes that you lighten?

I just installed the dyna box, love it!! I am going to get the ct pipe pretty soon, gotta let my bank roll recoup a bit, but I was wandering about the clutch set up. I own a 300ft. dirt drag strip and my son has just started racing, the box and all will give him the top end we are looking for, but I was wanting some opinions on the stall set up that ct offers, and if anyone has installed one, or if anyone has come up with something that works just as good, or even better. Thanks for the input and awesome thread!!!

Hey 50Racer the drive clutch is the one you removed the rollers from ,the driven clutch is the one behind it,the belt goes from the drive to the driven clutch. the shoes I'm lightening are behind the driven clutchs drum remove center nut and drum comes off, shoes are right there. The shoes apply by centrifugal force so you can either add heaver springs or make the shoes lighter {takes more RPM for shoes to fly out and grab drum} holeshot!!!!

Thanks for the update Greasemonkey. I have a whole assortment of springs, stiffer and softer than stock. In your opinion, would removing weight or springs be better. and which would be easier.

spings easest by far plus if you go to heavy you can always change back ,I guess I'm cheap,I had an old gram scale{i forget where it came from} butyou have to make sure you take the same amount off both shoes or one will apply before the other and if you take off too much hard to add back and as his/hers weight changes so should your springs

Thanks for the input. I will try to get at it in the next week. I will try to find a shop to take 0.020 off the head. Anything else that needs to be done while it is apart? Do these mods reduce the reliability of the quad? I want to speed it up to last a couple of months for racing and then it will become a play in the desert machine while he races a DRR.
