I would start by cleaning out the carb and make sure you have enough gas and have the correct mixture...Clean out the jets making sure you can see light through the holes and it should help...If that doesn't work I would say you might be due for a new reed valve or your compression may be off, but I would clean the carb first and see if that helps along with a new spark plug and a cleaned filter.

It's either a plugged pipe or a coil problem.

I cleaned out the pipe, can i test the coil? and if i can how? Can it also be a bad spark plug cap?

The cap sucks at best. Duct tape it down and see if that helps. A NGK cap for a Arctic Cat snowmobile works great and never comes off.
You can test the coil and stator with an ohm meter but I do not know the correct readings.

Hally,
Works are about the only sensable option for shocks. About $500 US for all 3.
I use Douglas wheels and cheap knobby tires.
16x6.5x8 for MX
18x6.5x8 for dunes,trails,etc.
