Default Jetting...how to properly tune?

I am purchasing in the very near future a Full CT racing exhaust and a K&N intake. Both of these items come with new jets. My question id on selecting the proper one. Anyone have any tips on how to do so?

And why allen head type screws....normally those are the easiest to strip out?

I put a higher compresion piston, new cam,air filter, air box mods, and FMF pipe on my old QRunner. Getting the correct jetting made all the difference in the world. It was very simple, put in the largest main jet you have, until you get a sputter at wide open throttle, then go down one size at a time until the sputter goes away. Mid range is adjusted by the clip position on your jet needle. Low range is adjusted by your air/fuel mixture screw. Good luck.
