It might be replacing it but they are very different.
Carb vs FI
Solid axle vs IRS
No locker vs Locker
Those items take the KQ further away from work and closer to the sport IMO.
I loved the KQ and would have bought 1 but I just didn't want to pay the additional $$ for it. No dealer in my area would play with the price of a KQ like they did on a Vinson.
