Gentlemen,
I have a 2004 LTZ400 battery went dead, Went out and got a new fully charged battery, slapped it in went to www.buscobeach.com and she ran like a champ all day.
Loaded it up took about 1 hr ride home and when to start it to unload it and she acted as if battery was dead? WTF..
Put it on my battery tender for about 1 hour and she fired right on up..
What gives?
p.s. any online manuals for this thing?

OK you have two possibilities here, a bad alternator or a slow discharge in the system.
From the way you describe the problem I'd go with the bad Alternator. The good news is it's easy to check.
Turn the ATV on and put a Voltmeter accross the battery. You should be reading 14-15 volts from the Alternator to charge the battery.
If you don't have the 14-15 Volts the charging system is at fault, if the power is there... you have other concerns...
Check the Battery connections for tightness & Corrosion... after that you are on your own to find a bad connection, loose wire or circuit that is drawing too much power.
Good Luck!

Yes; now it gets interesting BUT remember the KISS rule.
Keep It Simple Stupid!
Start with the battery terminals, do they tighten down? Sometimes the bolts don't catch the nuts and you get a poor connection and bad charging results.
Then work your way out to the other connections, if you aren't comfortable doing this ... that's what your dealer is for.
