Hey guys just got in my HMF Penland Pro series slip on for my eiger and just wondering what size main jet i should go. But i run a Vinson Carb on it which is a 36mm instead of a 32mm and the main i believe on the vinson is a 128 stock compared to a 122 that was on my eiger? it runs just fine with the bigger carb so just curious to see where i should go now? so what main jet should i go?

You're already getting more fuel to the engine with the new carb. Have you tried reading the plug to see where you're at (lean or rich)?

 

no not yet but thanks i will check that, i put a 135 in it tonight though and just ran it in neutral and seemed to run really good but well see thanks again on the reply

 

Get a new plug. Put it in and run it up to top speed and shut it off. Pull the plug and look on for a paper bag kind of brown. If it is, you're all set. If it's a tad lighter, maybe go up one size. If it's white go up two or three sizes.
