any problems with the quadracer 450?

well i've heard that they are really hard to work on. The air box is very difficult to get to and every thing is stuffed into the frame, but if you just want to give it to mechanic to do all the work, than this is the bike for you. The LTR is a very fast machine and is great for racing.

2006 I think had a problem where the linkafe for the shock hooks to the frame, the mount would break. But there was a recall and they will re weld it. The only thing I can say is this thing is nice for track, but very out of place in trails. So I would encourage you to get one for mx, not a whole lot more though.

I think it would depend a lot on the trails you ride on...
Dirt Wheels said the 08 is much better on the trails..

well i ride mainly dirtroads and back-paved roads with my buddies. we try to walk them to the end of the road. i love sliding and drifting around and having alot of usable power. we do little jumps no huge ones. no tight wooded trails or hunting trails or nothing like that. i like to go fast.

Well my uncle has had his 08 for about 2 months now, as far as I know he has had no problems. And I agree with what rgasper said, from what I could tell, it was pretty bad in the trails, I could leave him behind easily with my Z400, he did better on his 300EX
