Default Eiger Front Brakes

Hey All

Was changing the tires on thr Eiger yesterday and noticed not a lot of pad left(1/8"). How thick would new pads be? Has 1650kms and don't really use the front that much I thought. The rear drum is still full.

thanks

I've got a brand new set of EBC Eiger front pads sitting in my parts drawer. Just measured them at 3/16". You're still in good shape.

I don't know if you have A-Arm guards or not, but just as an FYI.

I put A-Arm guards on and they where hitting my front brake piston when I turned sharp. Basically it was compressing the break on most turns. This caused my front brakes to go quickly.

I had to cut some off the A-Arm guards to fix this.

Just wanted to pass this on to you or anyone else so you can check for this.
