LT 500 Quadzilla Clutch Rattle
#1
When I start my zilla I get some vibration like a rattle from the clutch when it idles , but as soon as i squeeze in the clutch it goes away. release the clutch and the rattle comes back. I don't get it, This all happened over letting it sit for a while in my garage. I cleaned the plates and put in fresh oil.
It goes into gear fine and works perfect. but i know that rattle isn't supposed to be there when the clutch is released. Could that be caused by the thrust bearing or are the clutch and springs shot? I cant tell in my manual which way the thrust bearing goes. Anyone know from these pictures? I installed it like in picture 1
I miched the springs and the service limit said 31mm. Mine are at 30mm.
wonder if that would cause it to rattle
