i just bought a cylinder works kit with web cams i will post what grind when i get the info all new also purchased a brand new factory take off 42mm carb off a 05 450r next got a amr coil and cdi box i curantly run a luney tuned exhaust and alumi air box with uni and outerwears lid cover my question would be (my quad is at 80-100 hours) what springs should i get can i get away with the drz springs or do i need some aftermarkets i do a lot of timber riding anual trip to little sahra (coming up soon can't wait) and some mx, also what do i do about the valves do i worry now and do it or do i wait till i need to i am religios on oil changes and always run at least 92 octain feul, last do i need timing chain DiD fine or do i need somthing better, any sugestions on were to start on my jet size on that carb.
i will be porting and polishing the head while apart as well
i ride with a 660 raptor with luney tuned exhaust and port polished head with stage 2 cams this thing opened up when he did this work will i keep up or no way.
