"To me it's kinda stupid to have all these modifications and the only thing the modded bike does better is make noise"
With all do respect, with the exception of the pipe, you have no mods to effect the motor. Jetting won't make that big of difference.
I don't care for the FMF pipe. Results like yours is why.

is the 5" too much for the wheels to clear in the front, wouldn't wider be better if they'll fit? Trail riding mostly and at times that 80 gets a little hairy, rolled it last time out screaming thru a mud puddle and caught a rut. Good thing momma was in front and didn't see evil kinevil pull that stunt...

I agree about his particular pipe. It's looks great, but is very loud and actually seems to take away torque off the bottom. I think the wheels/tire combo has added quite a bit a wieght.

Anyone use the upgraded sprocket and chain? I've heard they reduce friction and weight.

5 inchs (2 1/2 per side)is what I use for spacers. No reason 6" wouldn't work. The front tires do hit the nerf bars if you have them.
I recomend the 428 sprockets. I use #40 chain with them and can push a machine with one finger. It's cheap too at $13-20 for 10ft. I get it at a go-kart shop or the tractor supply.
FYI: 428 size::12/26 is the stock gearing. 13/26 fits a chain perfectly and will give the machine a lil more speed.
