Default LT80 seized?

My daughters 2004 LT80 was driving along and died. Tried starting it and the starter is ticking. I got home and checked the battery and it is fine. I pulled the starter and it is fine. Now I am wondering if the motor is seized. Is there an easy way to roll the motor over to see?

Pull the plug and try to turn the thing over. Or pull the plug, put it in gear and push it a bit.
