Default LT500, serious problem

I just picked up a mint 89 LT500. It starts 1st or 2nd kick, has 180 lbs compression but smokes like a mosquito fogger. I'm talking serious smoke here, if I start it and let it run for 5 seconds I can't see my neighborhood. I've tried to see closer with it running, but you can't see the motor there's so much smoke. There is also oil running out the exhaust. Not just a dribble, but steady stream of dark, burnt oil. I flushed the oil and fuel, but that's all I had time to do today. Does this seem like a jetting issue or crank seals?

I dumped the tank, so the fuel is fresh and mixed correctly. I also did a compression test this morning and got 180 lbs. Gotta be something else.
