lucaslight - carefull bro...you sound like you might not have any 2 stroke experience. A 2 stroke has a much different design than a four stroke. Gas/oil go UNDER the piston first and then into the combustion chamber. Under the piston that area is sealed from the transmission and such. A 4 stroke has everything open down there.
For what it's worth, my Yamaha waverunner (old big two stroke) did the SAME thing. Without any knowledge to how motors work, I took the cylinder off, had it bored .030 over, cleaned out the bottom end with a magnet with the engine still in the waverunner, reassembled and it worked perfectly.
Don't be so quick to judge others and their knowledge.

just use a little magnet to pick up the crap in the crankcase, but if i were you id sell your lt250 and buy a 250r....hahahahah lol</end quote></div>
LOL LOL you recommend a 250R, he has a LT250R. Oh,,you meant a Honda (which is normally a good idea) but you have a warrior! And even worse, you wasted good money on aftermarket parts for it. His blown up Zuki can be pushed faster than your warrior can go running. How about you stepping it up dude?!.
Ok, ya know that's a joke,, right? LMAO
By the way, I'll sell you my mighty TRX 250R. Only ridden by a frail lil girl to 2 (of the 11) national championships and a old fat man in the 40+ class.
Now if all you would explain how you pick aluminum parts out of a bottom end (or anywhere) with a magnet I'll be one informed fat man.
I use my scribe with the bend on the end.

You're lucky to be alive. You used a shop vac to vaccum up gas!?!?!?! NEVER use an electric shop vac to pick up gasoline. The motor in a shop vac pretty much always has an electrical arc inside. A little of that gas vapor reaches that arc and BOOM!!!
