Warn RT 25 winch

Warn RT 25 winch
Hey guys n' gals,
Does anyone know if I can Put a Warn RT 25 winch on my Suzuki Ozark 250 without having to modify anything? I'm wondering if this winch is too big for the atv but I have seen other Ozarks with these RT 25 winches on them. Also, if the RT 25 can fit on the atv, is it possible to mount a roller fairlead onto it because I don't want the winch cable fraying too soon.
