main things i need to know are, where the vin number is(i searched everywhere) is it an automatic clutch?(i have no idea...) alternator...i have to know what type of alternator it has because it needs a new one..also after cleaning the carb out(there was some gunk in the bowl) it idles very high, could i have turned/pulled something when i cleaned it? on the left hand side there is a little lever type switch that when pulled down it idles high but when put in the midle its not so high but when put to the top it stalls, pretty sure thats the choke but ya...thats all i can think of right now but if i think of anything else i'll ask...when i got this quad it wasnt even running, changed the spark plug, cleaned the carb, got a new battery, and now its running but too high, and the voltage on the battery is the same while running and while turned off so im going to need a new alternator, or try to fix the one i have...and once i fix that im sure i'll find something else that needs to be fixed...any help would be great.
