Default Pick my new 4x4

there are a TON of posts and links comparing the king quad 750 to the brute force 750 and ive already got the basics down....BF has more torque, KQ a little more steady etc etc. My questions i different. Im gonna buy one of these two bikes but first let me tell u why i need help. I used to ride a 450 foreman had plenty of power for me (although i never went bigger on tires for fear of losing it) and it was plenty fast ( i trail ride with the occation mud hole), never hill climb (im a big guy 6'3 and 350lbs and am scared of beign off balance). Ill use the new bike to hunt, trail ride, play in a little mud (not the deep stuff on tv), do a little yard work, and play in the snow. With this said a few things are real important to me. first is reliability, second is stability, third is price. besides these im sure both are capable of pulling me around(my old 450 did and i was over 400lbs then), both could handle tires that are one possibly two sizes larger, and both are plenty fast. So what do you all think is more up my ally? The king quad or the brute force

Well, I always tell people to try before you buy. The KQ is a relatively small, full size ATV so you might not feel quite as comfy on it as a you would on a Brute Force. You might want to take a look at a Sportsman or Outlander. They will be extremely stable since its a lot larger and it will also probably be more comfortable for you. Any of the larger ATVs will turn just about any tire you want.

Price wise, keep your eyes open for previous model years. Their's still quite a few of them at dealers and they want to get rid of them.

Hope this helps.

I think the reliability would be pretty much equal (as are most of the ATV's these days). Stability I think goes to the King because it does sit lower. I am short (5'4") and sat on several bigger ATV's. Though the King is by no means small, it seemed to be shorter and wider than many. Price would depend on where you live. Again though I think that would be a draw. However if the 450 you had was powerful enough, why not look at the King Quad 450. All of the features of the 700 (same body and frame) at a lower price.
Hope this helps.

I can't really compare the two, beacause I have never rode a Brute, but I have a KQ 700 and love it. I think it is plenty big, really wouldn't want something any bigger, that would make it clumsy in the trails and what not. I think it has plenty of power, but I have heard the low end torque is a little less on the Zuk then other similar sized machines, but it makes up for that in mid to top range, and a simple shim job in the clutch can fix that if it really bothers you. Ride 'em both and get the one that fits you better.
