that bracket's gonna push my uppers outwards!

maybe i could make up for that by cranking in my upper heims and cranking out my lowers... idk

Yeah, I don't have any need for anything that fancy either. I just bent the top one for the 2 reasons I was on about earlier.

You should be fully adjustable in all directions. I wouldn't sweat the geometry at this point. Just add the same length to all arms.

yeah but i'm gonna be lowering the rear a little by chopping the upper mount, and isnt the front end gonna sit higher? or i guess that just depends on what length shocks i get and where i mount them.

Yeah, you have a point. Maybe you should incorporate a little caster adjustment before you weld everything up.

I have an extra 1/2 inch in the front and minus 1 inch in back due to the tires. Not sure how much the arms n shocks raises the front and not sure how much the back was lowered, but the frame tilts back a lot. And then when I sit on it, it gets worse. I moved the top balljoint forward close to an inch and it could really stand to go a little more. Probably not another inch though.

well, maybe i could just whip up a bracket out of 1/4" plate, but have it straight and long. maybe 5 holes, and the middle hole would be on the rear of the balljoint, and the most forward on the arm.

like this:

do you have a pic of the upper balljoint mounting area on the upper arm? (i wanna get an idea of if the surface is flat to clear the bracket, or if i will need to use washers and stuff. and also, i dont remember if the balljoint mounts on top of or under the arm, my quad isnt at my place right now.)

hey, thanx alot atvman.

maybe you should make a little 1/4" plate bracket to move back the upper balljoints in just a bit to tweak ur camber... shouldnt be a big job at all.

Looks really good man! I'll come up with something to get rid of that camber.
