Exaust valve

How does the fuel selector work it says fuel res pri
What does pri stand for is it prime and why is there instead of off

res is reserve, and pri is the primary tank, off is in between the 2, so if res is at the top, and pri is at the bottom, then off would be at the middle position, pointing to the front of the quad

I just check mine and top say's res middle say's pri bottom say's on

Prime. It has a fuel pump and isn't gravity-fed directly to the carb. Prime gravity feeds it to the pump whereas the other 2 positions don't.

So if left in that it would flood the motor?
Also is Alpha sports a good place to buy parts from?

No, you need a pump to flood the engine.

To expensive. I just use them because their website is fast. Try bikebandit.

Sorry it is the intake valve that is worn just took it out. Is the filter the only cause for the wear. If it is what what kind of filter would you recommend. also on the fuel side there was a lot of fuel in the oil.

Any kind of oiled foam filter is good.

Fuel in the oil??? I don't know why that would be other than the gas left on and the carb flooded into the engine.

There is no shut off just res,pri,on not sure what to do to stop the fuel from getting.
