No prob with the link .My quad goes through the gears ok.First to fourth is fine but when I try to lift the lever back up to go into third, second and first,it is really hard.I sometimes have to do it by hand. It's only when I am bringing the lever up though.Down is also hard but just not nearly as hard. The good thing is I did find tranny parts at that website. The bad thing is I am a little scared to try to tackle a tranny myself.I am pretty mechanical but I never really had a motor apart.

Has the fluids been changed? If its not grinding when you have to shift into gear and its just kinda hard maybe it has to do with adjustments more then needing new parts. Mine is kinda hard to shift but not to bad since these are semi automatic trannies things kinda have to line up just right I would think but maybe somone would Know more then me about it Im ok with newer bike and some atvs Im really good with cars and lawn mowers lol but My 185 had me kinda stumped until Warrior helped me out.

I am going to change the oil on Friday.I just ordered a oil filter for it.Hopefully that all helps. There really isn't much grinding but I do have to adjust the idle when in neutral. It is reving out.It seems like a good idle when it's cold but when it warms up it races some.I am going to have to buy a manual.I can't find much info or forums for this quad online.Feel free to send me some links if you have any.I am glad I at least found one other person trying to keep their old bike alive.Ha ha,it's old but I'll probably have a ton of fun on it and being semi auto my girl could probably ride it also.
