i have a machined flywheel in my motor, putting every thing back together i need some help on setting timing and timing marks

 

Your stator mounting holes are slotted? I didn't think so.
If not, there is no timing adjustment at the stator.
If so, there will be marks somewhere on it and the case.

 

dont want to adjust timing just set timing im putting my motor back together and im too cheap to by a manual. i know where the timing marks are just dont know where to put them , not all motors are set a tdc. there is 2 dots on the cam they are parrallel with the cyl head but there is an e stamped on the cam also does that go in the up or down pos. and where do i line up the slot on the flywheel
