86 lt230

i was wondering if anybody knows if an engine off a 250 will bolt up and work on the 230? i have blown my engine and found a 250 engine at a good price but not sure if itll work.

Don't take this as gospel, but I believe the 250 sport motor only had some minor internal changes to up the displacement.
