A generic question about battery.First we are speaking about 94 mod. ltf250,battery about 4 years old, went to woods today and tryed to start turned key and got clicking then real slow turning of the engine, then clicking.Machine never failed to start before gets only moderate use have noticed turning over slower last few timed ive used it.I guess questin is is it time for new one or should i try and recharge it and try to get more use from it.Dont wanna get stuck in woods . Too dam old to use pull start. Thanks for your opinions.

4 to 5 years is about the most you can expect from a battery. Charge it up to get you through the next ride until you can buy a new one but it's time for a replacement.
