I don't know if this will help you or not, but my new service manual for my LT-4WD with a 250 engine (My GREEN book) has the following:

Above 30 kPa (0.30 kg/cm2, 4.3 psi)
Below 70kPa (0.70 kg/cm2, 10.0 psi)
at 3,000 r/min Oil temp @ 60 degrees C/ 140 degrees F

Hope this helps... if only to give you a starting point :-)

Wow anywhere between 4-10 lbs at 3000 RPM? Thats low!

Thats what my 230s green book says as well. That is with the quad being run about 10-20 min at 2000 RPM depending on the ambient air temp. Shows it being measured off the filter cover.

thanks for the specs i will look further into it , i talked to vince at vinces cycle and based on my first rebuild syptoms he thinks it could have been an oil delivery issue, thats why i was looking for specs ive already got it back to gether i just dont want it to grenade... again , my piston made a nice gouge on the cyl and my cam bearing was wiped out .head was wiped out. it seems to be ok now im just takin precautions
